We have resumed sales of matcha.
My name is Yamawaki from Nakane Seicha Co., Ltd.
We have resumed sales of matcha made with “Autumn-Picked Tencha,” ideal for use in cafes and confectioneries.
We currently offer various grades of tea to suit your requirements and budget.
We will also keep you updated on inventory status for your reference.
Now, let me introduce the characteristics of each grade.
⇩From left:①Premium grade ②Select grade ③Culinary grade

■ Premium Grade
This matcha is primarily made from first flush tea leaves.
Crafted from spring’s tender new buds, it boasts rich umami, a fragrant aroma, and a vivid color.
・Rich umami flavor
・Refined sweetness
・Vibrant green hue
Recommended for tea ceremonies, high-end sweets, and premium products.
■Select Grade
Compared to first flush tea, this matcha offers a slightly lighter taste while still possessing ample umami and richness.
・Well-balanced flavor
・Good balance of cost and quality
・Suitable for a wide range of uses
We currently have a limited quantity of Select Grade in stock.
As quantities are limited, customers considering a purchase are encouraged to inquire promptly.
■ Culinary Grade
This matcha is made from tea leaves harvested in autumn.
It features a refreshing flavor and moderate astringency, making it highly suitable for processing applications.
・Retains its distinct flavor even when used in baked goods
・Maintains a strong matcha presence when combined with milk or sugar
・Offers excellent cost performance
We currently have ample stock of Culinary grade.
It is particularly well-received for:
・Matcha lattes in cafes
・Matcha sweets (financiers, cookies, pound cakes, etc.)
・Commercial ingredients
We are very pleased with the positive reception it has received.

※Each item will be sold individually packed in a stand-up pouch.

Due to the global boom, matcha is currently in short supply everywhere.
Regarding our highest-grade tencha, we have already received numerous inquiries and are unable to accommodate new customers at this time.
Although supply and demand are tight, we will continue to strive to deliver matcha (tencha) to as many people as possible.
